Biotech firm’s test for HIV patients makes world approval list

Scottish life sciences company Omega Diagnostics has been boosted by the inclusion of its test aimed at HIV sufferers on a global procurement list. Clacks biotech firm receives £400,000 Chinese food order

Clackmannanshire biotech firm Omega Diagnostics has secured a second order from its Chinese partner for 28,000 of its Food Detective test kits. The £400,000 deal for the Alva-based company follows a previous order form the same partner for 20,000 last month.
